Precious The ring that I wear, the one you gave me The light in your eyes, the one that only I can see The feel of the soft breeze on my bare skin The feeling of being loved, sinking in Precious The way you gaze when I'm unaware The touch of your hand running through my hair The warmth of the afternoon sun caressing my face The lingering sensation of your last embrace Precious That you remember I love ketchup on my fries That I start to tear whenever somebody cries That I finally reached the most important realisation That you are the answer to all my questions |
