happily ever after i dont know what it is that causes you to be so inconsiderate so blinded by this shield you call passion that you fail to see what is reality, and what is real love why cant you see that what you have in front of you is special and not what you put on why cant love be more than lust and beauty to you it’s turned into one big damn game time isnt something that stands still not anymore, life’s not a fairy tale unless you believe in its magic and follow it’s rules and though the helpless princess gets saved by the dashing prince and they live happily ever after live doesn’t work that way you have to make your own fairy tale but your just too damned amused with the fairy you fail to see the end love is not a toy for you to play with people are not pawns in fairy tales people were real once upon a time at least "In great moments life seems neither right nor wrong but something greater it seems inevitable" ~Kelley |

WOAH! Nice, very very very very very very nice! impressed the hell out of me. The ending, shear genius. I loved this one. One of my favs by you, if not my fav. Very well written! I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. I'm in love with my shadow I admire it daily |

Yes, brilliant! What a message here! I know that I often live my own life as though it were some fairy tale... childish it is, I know. People are real, they are not works of fiction. I know a few people who should read this poem, and before doing so myself, I was one of them. Thank you very much for allowing me this. -Allan Would you really want everything that you thrive for, if you could never appreciate it? |

GREAT message here. Wonderful work. Just be careful about its (posessive) vs. it's (contraction of it is)...just a pet peeve! "so when at times the mob is swayed to carry praise or blame too far, we may choose something like a star" --Frost |

Wow, an oldie! But this is a very good piece. Thanks, DYME, for bringing this one back up to page 1. This is an awesome poem. I love the message. Very nice work. --Marie "Well the sun is slowly sinking down, but the moon is slowly rising... so this old world must still be spinning 'round. And I still love you." -James |
