There was a strong love from me to her.
But there was a stronger force out there.
A force that I would of never thought
Could take over what I had.
It came sneaking, slithering through like a serpent.
I tried to stop it.
And i fought harder to keep her
Close to me.
But for some reason it had her already in its grasp.
So when I realized what was happening
It was to late.
There were already strong holds within
My barrier around her.
Keeping her as my own.
But that slimy slithering serpent
Found an opening somewhere,
So it can take what's mine.
I tried and I tried.
But nothing was working.
I cried, I screamed, I yelled.
But she kept moving closer toward the serpent.
Then Bang!
All of a sudden
The serpernt and she were together.
My

stayed strong for her forever,
Even though she wasnt't mine no more.
She was also, more of the serpents
than mine.

Hmm... tough situation. I'm sorry that it's happened, but good luck with it. Nice poem, I liked it quite a bit. Thanks for sharing, and keep posting all your work.
