Somewhere along the way
I think I've lost track
Only thinking of myself and never looking back
For all the times I've hurt you, I apologize
I'm sorry it took so long to finally realize

They told me to never look back
for there is nothing to look back on
All the time I was searching
Running no where
It took me so long
Just to make myself turn around

I looked back, and you were behind me
You were always behind me
Waiting to break my fall with your love
to whisper words of encouragement
like only you can.

I never saw you before
I didn't know you loved me
Until I turned
and looked back...

Will It matter in the end?

Fall mountains, just don't fall on me.

This was great. The ending was written very nicely here. I enjoyed this one by you.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.
