alright, i wrote this when i was seven and it's been hanging on my grandparents fridge for the last ten years (seriously). i thought you all might appreciate a laugh. heh.

LATE

i woke up in the morning,
nine o'clock!
i yelled,
looking for my sock.

i grabbed a fruit
for a snack
half way there i realized
i forgot my backpack.

i ran back home
took a wrong turn
and ran into the golf dome!

i lost a shoe or two
on the way
and when i got there
it was saturday!

thanx for the laugh i like the poem a lot it was excellent. you must of been a good poet when u were 7 and i hope u stay with it cause it might just be a good thing for you. so please stop by and check out my poems also thanx

That's so cute! I used to write stuff jsut like this and your comment reminded me of a poem on my grandparents' fridge that i wrote when i was 6:
Good bye is very hard
And i love you so much
And that is why i wrote this poem.
