feel the sun

chase the dark
run with fears
cry with joy
die with tears
take the pill

don't forget
tomorrow afternoon

i can't see past
the tears that bleed
my fears a harsh reality
lies that i do feed
so tell me tonight
what traps you
entombs you in here
i feel it too

ask me why
tell me to understand

This one is amazing. Wow I feel so speechless. Are you still using the words you pick out of hats (or whatever you used for them) that you cut out of magazines? This is a really great poem keep it up my girl!!!

Thank you guys so much for the wonderful kind words! It feels so good to know that even just one person can appreciate my work!

I like this much better than the other one Jess. Much better. When I read it, it read so fast without missing the importance of understanding the meaning to the poem itself. awesome. keep it up
