“Tranquil Waters” Tranquil waters Setting my spirit free Guided by the memories Of how we used to be Adrift upon the water My dreams are the vessel Which keep bringing you back to me Reflective scenes Of the sun so high Like my hopes Before you said goodbye Floating upon the water Gazing at its beautiful form Like a mirror to your soul Shades of eventide Cast upon these waters still While I drift upon my dreams In to the only place I can be with you It's too bad I'm not as wonderful a person as people say I am, because the world could use a few people like that. |

I really love the beautiful imagery portrayed in this piece. So serene and magical. Love it! The last 2 stanzas were my favorite. They give me a sense of purity. Overall, excellent work! ¤ ¢H@§ïÑg RåIñ ¤ "If I find in myself desires which nothing in this world can satisfy, the only logical explanation is that i was made for another world." |

Well done here. I enjoyed this very much!! Last stanza was nice. I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. |
