Up To You

I am holding out my hand in friendship,
Whether you take it is up to you,
Cast away the distrust, embrace what once was,
For then we can start anew.

Before we had a friendship that could not break
Then it all got heated, to an, insane degree
I do not know if all you said was an act
But I know I told you what was, real to me.

I told you how it was, with you I did confide
We were each others advisors, no need for a fee.
I hope you know I’m not gonna leave your side
I will be waiting for you, you will see me

I enjoyed this one. Keep posting cuz I like your work.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

I'm in love with my shadow
I admire it daily
