The sunshine becomes blocked by the clouds, but its still there, like a soul hidden, by a mask of flesh. And still.. Love lays deep, in the pit of this soul, like rain, deep in the earth. stored for life to grow from. And still.. Life shares many things, like souls share feelings. The clouds move away slowly, releasing the suns rays, like souls releasing their love, slowly, And still.. Saving some deep within, to cover, someday, once again.  Hope you guys like it! |

Allysa, amazing. Simply amazing work. You write so deeply! This is a sure milestone in your writing. I see the improvement right here. Right here in this very poem. You display a maturity within skill that I haven't seen in your previous poems. This was VERY well written. Deep, and meaningful. I hope to see more of these  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. |
