The only thing
I hate about her
Is her long chain lead behind her
As she ties me to it and leads me on

Sometimes she may let me off
and I try to forget to love her
But then I am all tied up again
And led on...and on

Why? I don't deserve this
She is so beautiful
I can see her aura from a distance away
Shining like a bright star
As I fall from the depths
Deeper into her dark eyes
Dark and dangerous
I should stay away

But it's all too hard
The only thing that I hate
Is her dog lead
That she carries with her
So ready
To pull along my heart.

I'm sorry. That's tough. I hope you can get over her, or things work out. Wonderful expresion of your feelings. This was a fantastic poem!

Well done. i really liked this one. You portrayed being a leash very well. I have been like this with a woman. It's the most horrible thing. Hope all gets better!
