hey people you think you can help me out, i am having a really bad week, and i don't know why, i worte this today to my b/f, to try to xplain how i feel, i don't know if he got it. i don't know what to do read it and pleasse tell me what you think i should do.... thanks so much

Ohhh unfortunately..I can relate. First thing. Talk to someone. Counselor, mom, dad, friend's mom, some adult. They've all experienced tough times and it helps to hear from someone older that you're not alone. Maybe you should take a break...Spend some time by yourself, not pitying whatever's going on but trying to find out who you are. If none of that works..paint or write. I know for me its a lifesaver...*hands you some candy* This stuff helps too.

kel, as i told you b4..talk to chris..hes an understanding guy!!! and im, sure hell get that your not having the best of times..no worries..and member we can have as many trampoline talks as you want

very emotional poem...and a great start is letting the oteh person know ...how exactly you feel and soon as he gets this...i hope you guys talk it out

u just wrote wut ive been going through last few days! u did a wonderful job on this, ive been wantin to write about this too....just couldnt seem to find the words. u did tho and its great! this is going to my library as a reminder....and i agree with the others that you should find someone to talk to. best wishes to you and good luck!

i relate to this one too...i really liked this poem...it really hit home for me. I hope things get better for you soon...time will heal all hopefully
