The starlight fades the clouds wash in like a poisonous wave loneliness spreads from within The cold light beckons there is nothing beyond questions end, nothingness begins the last thread is broken of life and friendship's weakened bond The plastic expressions the facade not forgotten the surface calm the core rotten Ill angels watch over me haunted by their sickly stare the ever-present cold more than i can bare |
