Tossing
Turning
Not sleeping
I'm lost in the sea of life
Being tossed about in Poiseidon's waters

The waves hit me
Like a slap in the face
As if they are trying to scare me away
Or just break me
But I will not give in
To the sting of the salty water
All it takes is endurance
To ride out the storm
Or wait to be washed ashore
The only question is
      How long will that be?

My tears roll right down my cheeks, but they all soak into my pillow.  I feel kinda sorry for it...

Nicely done....good question at the end.
Anyway the poem was pretty good.

I admire it daily
