this is from like when i was 12 i think i dunno theres not really a *readable* date on it. but here it is....

I want to be heard
Not to listen
I want to be seen
Not to be ignored
I want people to take me seriously
Not as a child

But I am hidden
No one can see or hear my crys
My thoughts and feelings wonder through my head
Not touched
Not seen
Not heard
Not thought of

How can they be so blind?
Cant they see the hurt in my eyes?
The person I am?
Not who they want me to be
Or who they think me to be
But the real me
living deep within my soul

ok yeah this is old and not that good but i have writers block *sniff sniff* anyone have a tissue?

Dont knock on deaths door ...... ring the bell and run......he hates that

I loved the poem, awesome for twelve. Reminds me of a lot of stuff I wrote in my younger years...erm....Well I hope the block goes bubbye.

When I was 12 I wrote about the only thing that mattered to me, football...

This was very well done......I enjoyed this.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

Wow thats two today that I read that was written at the age of 12, even though you said you didn't like this poem but I did. Keep posting all your work.

Give her two red roses, each with a note. The first note says "For the woman I love" and the second, "For my best friend."

i love reading people's plder work, it's nice to see how much people have improved and matured. even at 12 your talent was showing through your poetry, i really liked reading tis piece. keep sharing your work
