Living in a Dream

Forever lasting promises made
And to be kept
In a never ending dream.
With everything like a fairytale,
All but the castle, pumpkin carriages, and fairy godmothers,
We will live happily ever after.
Magic looming everywhere,
Bringing us together
And never tearing us apart,
Helping us to overcome our daily challenges in life.
Comparing now to the past
Shows that maybe we were meant to be together.
We met like Lady and the Tramp
Offhandedly and by accident,
Things got in the way
And we never thought we'd be together,
However with a change of events,
Our fairytale began on December 21st.
With one sweet kiss,
I awoke like Sleeping Beauty,
Knowing no obstacles would keep us from
Being together forever.
And so we bagan our life together
With our love growing more and more every day,
Each day leading us one step closer
To happily ever after.
