i lost my way and i hurt myself i needed you in my life and didnt even know it i ran from you thinking i was right 'but even if i run a thousand miles away from you, i know that your always just one step away' when i needed you in my life you were always there waiting for me to come back to stand by you and love you like you love me that quote is from "As I Lift My Hands" by Philmore. its a christian band...and they summarized that from Psalm 139:7-10. “A single choice can build destinies,or destroy them.” I want to look into your eyes and see you smile at me I want to hear you say "Well done" [This message has been edited by knightlyshadows (edited 05-20-2001).] |

Philmore rocks! Ok , i've never heard of them. I just wanted to be a part of the group... is that a crime?!?! Anyway, well done on the poem. I thought you did quite well on it... I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. |

This piece is beautifully done... and so true! Wonderful description of the Lords' endless love. Thanks for sharing. "Men judge generally more by the eye than by the hand, for everyone can see and few can feel."-Machiavelli |

I agree with Peter, I love how you surrounded the quote with your own poem. In a way it made it seem as though the poem revolved around the quote (which perhaps it did), but I didn't mind. I like what you've done here, Tiffer. I thought it was creative. ~Allan Build a man a fire, and he's warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life. |
