“Do you know me?” I see your fear It’s revealed within your eyes Weather or not they tear The soul never lies I know because I’ve been there Feeling the pain Thinking nothing is fair Wondering what is really sane So I know fear Know its taste and know its feel And things it makes you hear I know pain is real Be where I’ve been And you know too See what I’ve seen And you’ll know too You try to hide it with a smile But fear is something I can always see It’s been quite a while Sine anyone has fooled me So if you know fear You know me If you know the taste of a tear You’ll know me If you’ve felt pain You know me If you thought you might be insane You’ve known me "It's too cold in the world...too cold to be alone..." - >¶Øʆ< |

Nice... the last two stanzas were good with their repitition. Still overall I didn't like this poem so much as I did some of your others. Hope you don't mind my saying that.  ~Allan Build a man a fire, and he's warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life. |

you did a great job with the ending of this, the last few stanzas are really powerful. i always enjoy reading your work, keep posting. Sometimes, the things that go unsaid are the only things worth hearing. |

Well done on this one. I liked the ending stanza...I thought this kicked butt.  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. |
