Cold dark and dreary So lost in this web of deceipt No one really knows her but then again who cares She lays there in the middle of the street Her soul is bleeding inside out She will be ok They say she will be ok or ignore her and walk by They can't see the pain as real She is crying out for help Her cry is ignored They are afraid of the pain she holds inside She is only a child As she lays there slowly fadding away as u go in life there will be ur hardships it is up to u if it makes u or breaks u. |

i'm glad you are posting again...i liked this...how you portrayed the sad situation here and its true how we dont notice others suffers.. and great job on such a real poem keep sharing..and writing  ...? if i die before i wake , i pray the lord my soul will take-"when thugs cry" |

I liked this, it was VERY sad. Keep up the excellent writing. ~First they tell you, you can’t sleep alone in a strange place, then they tell you, you can’t sleep with somebody else~ |

This was dark, but I really enjoyed it quite a lot. "She'll be ok." I really like the sentiments in that simple statement, there is so much being said by it. Very powerful poem. ~Allan Build a man a fire, and he's warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life. |

I enjoyed the poem. It was quite sad though. I hope everything is going ok with you. Hope to see more of your work!  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. |

Ooo this was good!! I actually imagined the girl lying there on the street and I was waiting to see what happened at the end!
