I see the world though my hope and dreams, I live though my heart, and I hear its screams. The rays of sun, the moon that shines. The pane in my heart feels like knives. The grass that grows, so green and strong, And yet what you did was more then wrong. The stars the twinkle in the bright night sky, The pane in my eyes makes me cry. The wind that blows my tears away, To try to remember a happier day. The snow that drops, the rain the fall. It helps me get away from it all. The valleys so green, the rivers so blue, I thought our love meant more to you. The birds that sing, the kids that play, They all help me on my way. The minutes go by, so the day must last, The pains in my life well quickly pass. |
