The Ocean breeze on golden sands Sifting through my sunburned hands Those days of fragile mists of rain Those peaceful waves sing soft refrain Seagulls search along the shore Shinig shells from the ocean floor Evenings bathed in God's silver light Mornings dawn in God's gleaming light These things I love will always be All the beauty of the Summer Sea Don't turn your back on the future, you have nothing to look back on..... |

The imagery in this piece is beautiful. Very nicely done. I enjoyed this. --Marie Don't ever be someone's slogan, because you are poetry. |

Nice work there, ewoksters! ~Allan Build a man a fire, and he's warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life. |

This was great but did yuo mean to put the word LIGHT at the end of each verse in one of those stanza's? anyhow, nicely done. I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. |

I noticed what Dopey did... but it still works. This was really good, I could almost see the ocean. Jenn "I've come too close to happiness, to have it swept away, don't think I can take the pain, never fall again..." Janet |
