Hey, it's me again. This poem I wrote just last night, after I had just found out that the person I like also likes me. (Okay, no rolling your eyes at me... I know you are.)  But anyway, I just wrote this at like 11:30 last night, so it's not the greatest poem ever. Simple title, it's her name, I couldn't think of anything else that fit. Let me know what you think about it, what you like, and what you don't like.  MALLOREE You tell me that you like me Is that the real truth? I've been hurt one time already, see But I guess my mind's just goofed This just seems to good to be true I still don't know what to say Since the first time we talked I've liked you I never even thought you also may I've never felt quite the same As I do for you, Malloree You've shown me that life isn't a game And I should be happy being me We have so much in common I'm so glad that we have met You're one I know I can put my trust in Knowing you is something I know I will never regret  <-- That doesn't look too much like me yet, does it?? Hura for Cody! Hura hura hura!!!!!!!!!! Good poem, and you are very smart to put a little note at the beginning to explain....cuz then i'd come after you if you didn't  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. |
