I don't much care for Cinquains, but from what I know they can be written two ways.

Type 1

Line 1 - one word
Line 2 - two words describing title
Line 3 - three words, an action
Line 4 - four words, a feeling or opinion
Line 5 - one word referring to line 1

Type 2

Line 1 - Noun
Line 2 - Two adjectives
Line 3 - Three verbs
Line 4 - A sentence
Line 5 - A synonym for line 1

So either of these Cinquain formats don't exactly apply to your poem. However I did like your poem in a way, disregarding my distaste for Cinquains.
