sleeping away the oldness
cleansing away the coldness
dreaming about a day
that is so very far away
waiting for the sunrise
with the beginning of new lies
looking for the rainbow
that will free me from my sorrows
hoping for the peace of love
given from up above...
that will wash away my tears
and even the stains of my fears
letting myself die
but resurrecting from the false lies

then i will be ME
JUST ME
and NOTHING more

Ooh, Illinois and Alabama? Long distance relationships can be a real toughie, but hang in there you two.

Love of the mind is something very beautiful that is to be embraced. You'll be together someday.
