Where Angels Belong The sky opens, it speaks wise words of the stars. Utopia can be seen, a whirlwind of thoughts are thrown from above, crashing down into a whilring vortex of nothing. Such valuable language, says nothing of interest to me. The philosophical meanings, are just trapped thoughts longing to be free. Empty, foreign, nothing to understand, very wise words in another land. A single leaf falls from a tree, following the echo from the message to me. Floating high above the stars. In search of the meaning, of the message, to this visit. |

Very good job on this poem! I think it was very thought provoking, the rhymes were well-placed and it really seems like a poem that you would recite aloud with ease, without any definite rhythm. Some poems don't really need rhythm, and this one is one of those poems that works fine because of the sentiments. I do like this a great deal, I wouldn't change a thing about it! Welcome to Passions in Poetry! ~Allan Build a man a fire, and he's warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life. |
