"Cleansed Soul"

Standing on a roof top’s edge.
Staring at the fast past new world.
Raindrops fall on my face.
I stand; arms stretched out.
I am FREE!
Wanting to fly through the heavenly rain.
The rain that cleanses my soul tonight.

Rain has that clensing effect on us all, I thounk. Very well done. I'd be proud to turn this in. I'm sure you'll get an A+! Thanks for sharing.

I think that, in the absence of a format, you did quite well on this.  It's simple and to the point, and doesn't really need a rhyme or syllable scheme.  Good job.

Until your next kick?  Alrighty then...

This was a good poem.  I think it could have been a little longer, but that's just personal preference.  Nice job, I can't wait to read more from you.
