Those girls on TV don’t understand
Being 34-24-36 don’t mean a thing
Unless you got the face to back it up
What is the world coming to?
I hear guys complaining about a girl
They say she’s “too ugly” -OR-
They say she’s got no chest.
Isn’t there more to a girl
Than her face and her chest?
There seems to be a lot of pressure
On young girls now
Teen guys see the girls on TV
And think that’s the “average” girl
And refuse to see the girls at schools
As the “average” girls

Those girls on TV don't know that being
36-24-36 doesn't mean a thing unless
you got the face to back it up

Hey, great message Tamma, I really liked your poem. I think you're totally right about everything you said, sometimes we see just bodies, but there are many people who realise that that's not important, that the real importance is what's inside of everyone, man or woman.

Now see I'll be honest here......as far as looks is concerned I don't base the average girl by the girls on TV.....I base them on the ugly ones in school haha.....SOooooooo I think that takes me away from your generalization Tamma....
Average is UGLY.....anybody with a hint of outer beauty automatically goes above average......So i think I got my standards in check here. Either that or I'm being a poo-poo head

Secondly, I think the poem should become some kinda "Anthem".

Ugly is average, indeed... but that's a bad way of putting it.
Girls are more touchy about their looks, so I'll usually look more in a girl for her personality first, and then take her looks into account. There aren't any below-average people, just above average ones, and ones that are average but often have different merits below the skin.
So yeah, I'm with Dopey.

Is the most beautiful girl the one who looks the prettiest or the one who is the prettiest inside... this is not however to say that "pretty" girls are "ugly" inside... or "ugly" girls pretty inside... I suppose what i'm trying to say is that beauty is in the eye of the beholder... it just took more words.

To all you meet look hard and well, for each person has a different story to tell. Thats what I think of poeple. Good job on this poem.

Give her two red roses, each with a note. The first note says "For the woman I love" and the second, "For my best friend."
