That I could disappear. I don’t care where I’m going, As long as it’s away from here. Away from all these pains, Away from all these hates, Away from all these fears, And all the things my soul berates. I wish that I could fade away, That I could just vanish. My heart aches unending, If only such feelings I could banish. Away from all these pains, Away from all these hates, Away from all these fears, And all the things my soul berates. I wish that I could fade away, That I could go away, Then I wouldn’t have to do, The things I’m going to say. Away from all these pains, Away from all these hates, Away from all these fears, And all the things my soul berates. If only I could fade away, If only I could disappear, Would anybody miss me, When I fade away from here? It can't be! |

I like this poem and i especially like the repitition in this one. I'm sure there are lots of people hear that would miss you if you had to fade away. good job and keep posting. Sometimes, the things that go unsaid are the only things worth hearing. |

Nicely done here. I liked it. Don't think nobody would miss you cuz you know they would. I liked this poem. I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. |

Well though I don't really know ya personally, I'd sure miss your poetry...as always, you've written a fine poem. Don't stop. ~Carly A hungry man picks fruit from a tree and eats it; a hungry civilized man buys it from a man who, in turn, buys it from the man who picks it. |

More people would miss you than you think. Nice job. There were a few parts where the flow was interrupted, but other than that, this poem was very nicely written. Good job. --Marie It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives. |

Yeah..this isn't one of my best. I was a bit shaken up, about a number of things I'd rather not mention, when I wrote it. Thanks for the comments. It can't be! |
