Once I looked up
At the winter sky,
Saw the first of snow,
And whispered a longing sigh.

As that snow caressed
My cheeks, I listened
And heard not a sound,
Watched, snow glistened.

Silence of the snowfall,
Peaceful rendition
Of this endless bliss,
This relaxing condition.

A snowflake fell
Into my open palm,
Vanished, without a word,
Leaving only chilled calm.

I found my mind
Vacant, void of stress,
Serene silence, eyes
Closed, weightless.

Silence of the snowfall,
Peaceful rendition
Of this endless bliss,
This relaxing condition.

It can't be!
He exists..
Master of the Oceans!
It's..
Leviathan...

Good idea. it fits better with the tense.  I changed it.

It can't be!
He exists..
Master of the Oceans!
It's..
Leviathan...

Hmm...... yeah I did enjoy this one!  Although I'm not sure what your name means still... forgive me if my oriental tongues aren't quite what they once were.

Seijaku Kosetsu is my full Alias. It means Snowfall Silence in Japanese, but I've changed it to mean Silence of the Snowfall.

Nicely done. I found the poem itself to be quite serene....very nice.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

I'm in love with my shadow
I admire it daily

Hey great poem, I enjoyed this read. Isn't your signature from Final Fantasy 2? I had that game for my snes along time ago, that was one of the best rpgs to come out for the snes in my opinion. The best I would have to say is FF3.

Give her two red roses, each with a note. The first note says "For the woman I love" and the second, "For my best friend."

Yup, its from FF2 (or FF4, as its called in Japan). I place the two at a tie. FF3 (ff6) had better graphics, but I liked FF4's characters better, and the world itself seemed cooler than FF6's, though FF6 had a slightly better storyline.

Yup im an old final fantasy fan. I played final fantasy for nes (I have FF1, FF2 and FF3 on my computer for the nes) but I havn't tried FF2 and FF3 for nes, I also have FF4, FF5 and FF6 for the snes on my computer. Im part way through FF5, I can't remember the last time I played that but I remember I am at a desert pyramid and the enemies were difficult and I had one less person on my team. I also like Chrono Trigger, I almost seen all the endings in that game.

I've played both FF2 and FF3 for the NES on my own emulator. They're both pretty good, but FF2 takes a little getting used to. It doesn't have the standard level up system, you know, with exp and levels. You gain stats as you use things that need that skill

Example: choose fight, and your strength goes up. Take damage, and gain HP. Use MP, gain MP, etc.

FF3 is awesome..the first game with the job system.

This was done very nicely.
The serenity in this poem was great!
I enjoyed reading it.
