I always thought I was a strong person
I knew who I was, and what I wanted
But lately I’ve realized exactly how weak I am
I don't know who I am, or what I want

I always thought I would live for myself
No one could change me, I wouldn't let them
But lately I’ve realized the new person I’ve become
I live for you, you have changed me

I always thought I could just walk away
If things got bad, I’d turn my back and go
But lately I’ve realized the hold you have on me
Sometimes it hurts me, but I don't care
