The smoke still rises from the embers, A soul entombed no more. Passing through the body of the eagle that soars, Overlooking an army of three thousand centaurs, Sharpshooters upon the body and spirit alike, Drawing three thousand arrows, In the name of truth. Arrows of fire, let fearlessly loose, Many of the scorpion enemies burn, Yet the battle ain't over! 'Tis now their turn! The poisons within them now boil and churn, As they charge these swordless archer steeds, Three thousand scorpions strong, Among the grasses and weeds, A new centaur falls with every sting, Their volleys of fire abruptly vanquished. Amid ocean waves, among a myriad of sails, Elsewhere at the same time, The battle of the virgins and the scales, Two thousand strong on either side, Here to avenge their comrades that died. Fighting a raging battle in an ascendant sea, Drowning, crying, dying, relentlessly, Three thousand scorpions of water, Three thousand archers of fire, Two thousand virgins of the earth, Two thousand scales of the air, Neighbors in four houses of the wheeled chariot sky. Incompatible enemies within me. Love is God. Love is war. Love is what your life is for. |

Hi EagleScorpion, It sounds as though you are fighting many battles at once, wonderful imegery in this story of inner turmoil, enjoyed reading it, Love, Cerenity "God doesn't have to be reminded that we exist. We have to be reminded that He exist!" (Writer Unknown) |
