LongJohn's love for animals, Is more than just a fetish, When you talk about it, His face turns very reddish. When he was but a young lad, At age of twenty two, He had dreams most every night, To work at Maryland's zoo. Tigers, lions, snakes or ants, He loved them all the same, His favorite was an elephant, Matilda was her name. Once before the zoo Had opened for the day, LongJohn bathed Matilda, In his usual way. He took all of his clothes off, Was in his "birthday suit" Matilda looked perplexed at him Thought he looked very cute Now LongJohn was just humming, And soon began to sing Then Matilda questioned LongJohn; "Can you breathe through that "thing?" |

MR.TOERAG, I just love your way with words. You have so much fun you should bottle it or sell it by the pound! Great. ME |

That's the longest "Nantucket" like limerick I've ever read. I certainly kept wondering what was coming...I knew something was. |

You have been gone a long while. When you return you seem to have a fixation on mens private parts. Just where have you been all this time? |

OMG! There is a comedian in the house! Fantastic fun, and a simply perfect limerick, can't wait to see what you produce with St. Paddy's Day coming, what will that little rascal be up to in your muse? Great job! Hi! I am new by the way. ~*~A poet is someone who reads more than they write ~*~ |
