 if I want to lie next to you, propped up on my elbows, head in hands, and stare into your eyes as you fantasize... who’s going to say anything? and, if I grab your hand to lure you down to the coast to run freely along the shore... who’s going to stop me? life is not something we should try to figure out, but a glorious splendor to be lived to its full potential. leave your uncertainties behind... take me in your arms and show me more of the affection I can already see from here, glowing in your eyes. I’ve stumbled upon this stunning dawn...won’t you sit beside me and take in the colors of what is yet to be? I can’t say that I’d want to enjoy this without you... there isn’t another soul with whom I’d want to share this extraordinary find. don’t hesitate...stop overanalyzing... because I’m about to grab you and pull you closer to experience the sunrise within me. -kh 02/01 do I believe we'd be better off apart? can I see my world without you in it? baby, not for a single minute... |
