Oh what a beautiful sunny day
to see the world
through new eyes..
Clouds lifting to regal puffs
of white moving on
the cerulean blue horizon...

Only yesterday
the fog oppressed and
obliterated my vision...
Choking the light with darkness...
But God....

A friend, strong arm,
book browsing, hand holding
sailboats, trolley cars,
sunshine, Irish eyes smiling,
bridges over impossible places....

It is good to be alive
to enjoy friends....
To feel that I can heal and grow again..

Fog lifted...
A clear and sunny horizon
on a balmy spring day....
New faces, places,

and God was there watching it all......

Koko this is a wonderful poem of respect for the grand creator as you see him and it makes the reader feel like enjoying the marvels of life just like you're writing them.....take care ethome
