I used to not believe in flirting it never appealed to me but sometimes when you're down and hurting you think it's what you need. I only say just what I mean and sometimes way too much a word, a compliment, it seems can substitute a touch. But if I say "you're pretty, miss" there's no hidden agenda there It's just my own assessment of her beauty that appeared. "Lady, do you come here often" Oh, God, that sounds so lame see it's been so long, I've plum forgotten how to play the game. Well, that's just it, love's not a game it's way past the ninth inning it's never mild and sure not tame Good Lord, why ain't I winning! Face mask, rebound, overtime the clock has been rewound I only want the bell to chime, That's it, I want a touchdown!!!!!! Dennis [This message has been edited by Dennis (edited 03-02-2001).] |

Notre Dame is the only football team in the world for me. hey, thanks everyone, I'm having a lot of fun here. It's a relief from the real world...oops sorry I know you're all real! I'm going to enjoy it while it lasts! Dennis |

Amusing, I enjoyed this. And yes, honesty makes far more sense. (o: Claire Could a greater miracle take place than for us to look through each other's eyes for an instant?......Henry David Thoreau |

Nope... love isn't a game... though we do wail when we're not winning! *G* This is great... it has both sadness and smiles. *S* |
