Tonight and Tomorrow

tonight, I die a little
tomorrow, I live a lot

tomorrow, the phoenix, she shall rise
seeing the world as through new eyes
steps in the world all alone
will bring it in, make it her own
strength, strength the decree
ashes fly as wings spread free
all others aside, to me be true
to die then live, become anew

Beautiful ! Great illustrations I really liked the perspective!

The poet is like a cocoon; in him the caterpillar of the past finds rest, and from him the butterfly of the future emerges.

I claim this promise for myself and you and any other woman who needs it! Thank you, Helen.
