He won’t move
Won’t even smile

You ask him
Oh so nicely
To please take out the trash

He says
“no way” not me
unless you offer me some cash!

No icon dinner
Will this one get
Til he changes his scrunched up face

Let’s hope he
Can see the light
Or I’ll thwack him outta this place!

Please refrain from picking upon my little unsmiling friends. You can surely understand that they are very sensitive. They get very upset when no one uses them, that they simply scrunch up and say NO WAY..

Hey, this one sorta reminds me of one of our poets who always runs around saying NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE but inside is saying well, what the heck. Okay, so I may not use this one much but let's not pick on the poor little guy. I mean, afterall, he is bound to have some use to someone. RIGHT???? Or maybe we just should wait for him/her to come out of their shell. Wonderful wit you have.
