Wanna Go To A Movie?

"Try to understand.
Alone is where I want to be.
I am comfortable being alone.
I am lonely by choice that is me."
She said she wanted to be alone.
Or to be more precise, she doesn't
want to be with me.
How introverted and boring.
Can someone set her free?
If you ask me being alone
isn't all it's cracked up to be.
Perhaps we all feel like this
in various times thruout our lives.
Even thou we feel all alone,
alone is our comfort zone.
Friends are hard to embrace.
We don't want anyone else
invading our space.
Their intentions seem calculated
and out of place.
So alone is where we want to be.
We don't need an alien body
invading our privacy.
Notice all that empty space around me.
That's my comfort zone.
Now kindly let me be.
But apparantly even lonely people don't
like to be alone all the time.
Cause that's when she said
"Wanna go to a movie sometime?"

This is very good. I do like being alone, but sometimes I just want to be alone with him.

Very nice write, James...I definitely can relate about the privacy thing....the problem with me though, is I might be considered self-absorbant(ha, ha).

Having time alone is important...and you can be alone without being lonely...but to be alone always? Not where I choose to be...this is great sweet friend and just what I needed to read right now...thanks
