Aspect now of moon in full Rise of tide my womb in pull-- serenity draws down the moon... and so this be my gift to you. A candle, crafted specially, oils and herb, most savory, part of you and part of me... Tonight, I incantate, "undo..." No more pain leak from my pen of seed once planted, left, untend, no tears of ink to write of friend... leaving stain of neverend. Every word I wrote, undo, and seal with waxen tears of truth. ------------------------------ Song of Longing... Your thoughts meet mine like quartered rhyme. (If I could dance, I'd dance for you...) Wish you could play piano, so I could sing the blues. Wish I could take my pen-- re-write the truth untrue. Wish I could light a candle, and incantate "Undo..." If I could summon angels, I'd send every one to you. If you would play piano, I'd have no need of blues. |
