Through the Looking Glass

There she is
A face starring into me
Only a picture painted with pain
Formed from the blood I spill
Strangely, her eyes mirror the same loneliness
That no one sees
So alone, so afraid, so addicted

Her eyes glisten even while overshadowed by the crimson
Demons dance around her in hell's cruel joke of life

And again she screams that silent blood red scream
And again her words of fear pool on her skin
And again no one hears...

"Close your eyes, and you'll see."

We heard this one loud and clear.  WELCOME TO PASSIONS.  This was a very powerful write and I look forward to seeing many more from you.

There is incredible pain and searing honesty in this, a very dramatic first post. Welcome to Passions.

~WoW! It's like a good punch in the chest, that there write. It's heavy,...and chilling in a sad way. Take care. *Peace.

It is so very frightening to know that I am not alone in my pain. It makes me hate the world ten times over, to know that pain is not only my mallady. Why is it that we are here?
