My Precious Angel Your low soft whispers Soothe away all my fears I listen as your sweet voice Tells me words of love Emotion breaking the soft Rhythm of your voice I find the divine comfort That I so very much need Waiting in your open arms You take my soul to another plane A place of peace and love and hope Where nightmares and memories Can’t follow my hiding heart You give me the unconditional love I never thought I would find You make me feel safe I look forward to an eternity Lost in your tranquil eyes. You are my precious angel Protecting me from harm Showing me the power of love Giving me the strength I need To hold my head high and carry on Watching over me with your loving Protective gaze, ready to catch me And to shelter and save me When I stumble on life’s path. It is you that I always run too You that this frightened heart needs You that can make me a better person That can make me strong and brave With a few whispered words In your amazingly tender soul I find all I ever needed to go on You’re a part of me, my other half And for eternity our souls will be joined Living and growing, becoming one. ~~Tara aka rp25 :o) |
