Your Heart Gives Life The stars in the sky can shine with their light Your eyes outdo them they are twice as bright The sun can warm the very coldest place Your smile melts ice as it beams from your face The rain refreshes the earth as it kisses the flowers Your voice refreshes my soul as with love it showers The moon casts her glow of mysterious beams You cast your enchantment over me it seems The oceans are teaming with life and deep Your love is a river that I need to kep The rainbow is of wondrous and magic hue Your heart gives me life and mine lives in you Marsha Take back the hope you gave,- I claim Only a memory of the same Robert Browning [This message has been edited by Marsha (edited 12-01-2000).] |

Marsha, Oh how very wonderful. So much here I can relate to, you have won my heart. Respond to my call and let the waves of my heart fill your life with the wonders of love (Daniel J D) |

Tony, thank you most kindly, that's such a nice thing to say. Daniel J D, Thank you ver muchly, I call these my gift poems, because I think the magic poet fairy leaves them. She's similar to the tooth fairy, but she donates without receiving anything. Take care Mushy Marsha Take back the hope you gave,- I claim Only a memory of the same Robert Browning |
