...found this on my bookshelf, in an old AutoCad book. Don't know if I ever posted it in Passions and the search functions kaput so here it is... I would like to (trite as it may sound) dedicate it to all the wonderful women of Passions. Without you, your insight and wisdom (and your poetry) Passions would be a sad place indeed. Love you all...jimmy Because Of You When one sees but never saw, touches, but never feels, hears, but only sound, one knows life, but doesn't live. But when one loves, it's with his soul he sees, his heart he touches, and his life he hears. It's all the glory, and the sorrow, the joy's, and the pain, the fullness of everything that has ever been. The first line is a spell binder..and the rest just sings! Reminds me of a quote from the story "The Little Prince"-- "It is only with the heart that one can see rightly. What is essential is invisable to the eye." (You'd have to kick start my brain for the author. sigh.) You write with such delicacy...in whispers. Just Beautiful! |
