In Silent Touch

My room, dark and silent,
while I, resting, in wait
for the sounds of your breathing,
with thoughts of the next, replacing those
of the night before.

Words, poetic in feel,
touching my heart, tenderly,
soothing away all pain
those of yesterday,
and any of tomorrows.

Together, wrapped
into each others world,
we shall speak of forever,
in silent touch.

Eyes, reflecting the deep,
holding in truth, with every glance
knowing, the gentleness of you
touches my mind, leaving imprints
here and there, along my edges.

I quiver as you near me, every nerve
wanting to feel the electric flow
from your exploration, caresses
that bring forth the gentle sighs in me.

Lips, tasting the smooth inner peace,
seeking acceptance, smiling softly
finally "in know", that in silent touch,
every moment becomes forever,
when I'm with you.

This is poetry at it's best.
Very intense, yet laced with love.
Like it much!

Evening Wynter,

I came, I read, you are magical with this writing. You did what you said, and were inspired by the writing of mine that you read. I'll do my best to post your inspiration for this writing of yours on Saturday, at the latest on Sunday. Thanks Wynter, this was very, very nice.
