Some call time a river
Some call love the same
Its so easy to think
Of living in that way

But time is made of events
And happenings within frames
Life is given to us
Only as day by day

Love is different
God made it special
So we could see and
Feel it come and go

The truth is felt in tears
Of passion or of loss
So that we would see
That only love can flow
