Two Hearts Far Apart I miss how close I felt to you. How close I was to you. How close you were to me. I miss your company. Oh Jackie, I didn't know you were going to leave me. I didn't think you would grieve me. You left me all alone. Two hearts so far apart. Alone with all of these feelings you have stirred up in my heart. Oh Jackie, I didn't have a clue. Now I find emptiness where once I found you. A brokenheart, is all I have to show. Who would know so much happiness and so many smiles would so quickly lose their glow. Whether you pen of love or of heartache you really pull the reader into feeling it my friend. This one hurt like I penned it myself. Wonderfully done though it is filled with sadness. I know you will bounce back though. You always do. |
