just so you know, i didn't write this...my boyfriend did. i just wanted to see what you all thought of it.... For far too long you have sat there gazing at the nothingness inhabiting that wall Perhaps the reason lies in fact that you sit there staring out of the window to your side watching Taking in such divine benevolence Of the whispers of the starlight beaming Off your face it strikes enchanting your countenance with mood Onward still you would stare challenging the mighty sun as she rises and falls Through the day, you take nature in with a gleam piercing through your smile thinking The rains come and go storms attempting to scare you away, from your place Unflinching, unquenched you gaze and it will be many days yet before I realize your slumber Even then I will deny that you are old enough that you cannot sleep for too much longer now Only then, I will stop, and go to you and the dawn breaks on your face, I know, you are resting for your final time. |

This was an eerie read...and I like eerie...but not sure if I got the intent...but I felt like I was watching someone, who was waiting for death...but do invite your boyfriend to join as a member...this was interesting and thoughtful. |
