The word today is soft but clear
through slender threads of poet's flair,
with wonders growing everywhere.
The warmth is morning sun.
The moon has kissed the earth goodbye
and from the heaven's open skies
in ready verse sincere and light
the happy Sunshine comes.

The old clock runs, the new muse steams
and every memory jumps and dreams
from heaven's call and promised gleam
the Sun shines pure and bright.
New words appear with precious taste
and when the waiting pen awakes
the pages booted true in place
await the Sunshine quilted write.

The souls with empty heartaches slowly yeild
to the grief soothing flow. A mellow style
where hearts can lighten up. In smiling file
the reader's eyes go through the breathing words,
past their once gaurded feelings, half concealed,
now giving in, softened warmly by the sun.
Where the last heartache faded at their brow,
turning back worries now they internally weep.
Far off the visions past begin to dim,
fast comes the prose where no old worst can win.
The halls sing summer songs, and new winds blow,
beyond the naked eyesight, they glow.
They shiver sad, but meaningless, they pray,
wrapped with new thoughts, content to try and dream.

The day goes by, a whispered song
above the street noise, and beyond
most see the sun in faceless throngs
and swim in concrete seas.
But treasurer of the moral ways
glows that sweet Sunshine through the haze
no greater way the world sings praise
than to Sunshine's earthly rays.

Dedicated to our own daily private ray of Sunshine.

I have beheld in deepest trust
feelings of one who surely must
bear with me through thick, and thin
so that I may grace here again

In poetry then prose
the True writes on
beyond the pale
into the dawn

and the Sun beams...

Thank you...

Through a True poet's poem
I've shone
a light to beckon on
a gleam of see
this camraderie
we beckon "stay, till dawn"...

but the real reason I've come again
is to mark "add thread to library" then
I shall slowly descend again
for 'tis your night to call upon
the reason that you might be here
calling out to "your one" sincere....

and Ethome...thank you again!

I could have sworn that I replied to this but I guess I must have been lost in the blinding light of her shine mixed with the radiance of your write.  This is our sunshine for sure.  You have done her much justice with this piece my friend.  I guess standing in her rays as given you a little glow yourself not that you needed it.
