 On wings of love, I’d fly to you, if there were but a way... I’d swim the oceans wide to you, and do it in a day... Across the highest peaks, I’d climb, to kiss your smiling lips... And sell my soul for one touch from your loving fingertips... This heart has opened wide for you... despite my solid locks... And when I found it in your hands, it came as quite a shock... I don’t know if you are aware that my heart won’t play games... I’m praying you will let me know that your heart is the same... Yet, somehow love will find the way, no matter what the odds... And hearts like ours can never stray, from off the path love trods... While on our journey throughout time, an angel guides our way... If I could borrow of her wings, I’d fly to you, ~today~ Write on! -<--<--{(@ |
