I was in love with you from the time I set my eyes on you
I just never knew it would be this way.
Stuck in this world with walls of clay
You have this way of making every night seem bright as day

We knew we only had a short time together, we knew that from the start
Knowing we would have to part.
But one thing lead to another Friends to lovers.
You thought I was a player, I showed you that you were wrong.
I may talk the talk but will never walk that walk.

You say I’m a good lover, Which’s not something you learn from your mother!  "LOL"
It comes natural to lovers like you and me.
My actions speak a thousand words as you did see.
It comes natural to lovers like you and me.

I know things are hard now that your there and im still here.
So if you should ever change your mind
That’s where I will be
Still here….

firstly welcome to passions. I hope you stay for a while and enjoy the poet's dance.
Iliked what you did with the mixed metre it really helped it to flow and there were some cute lines in there.
