Communication©
Karen Torbiak
2000

Eyes lock across the room
at first shy then returned
a message sent, received,
he takes the prise earned

A smile reaches eyes
acceptance in a glance
a look now understood,
he leads her in the dance

Arms embrace holding close
she breathes his essense in
sighing softly she melts
for both of them will win

A gentle kiss on lips
that sends a signal clear,
she moans from deep within,
breathes a yes in his ear

She has a thought most strange
of communication
neanderthal with its
harmful deprivation

Times have changed for the good
as man and woman know
with gentle look and touch
love for each other show

Sighing with utmost joy
she returns to sweet touch
as heart to heart they dance
not needing to say much

Love I leave with you my friend whether it be in your life or of yet the essense of your dreams.

Beautiful, Startime...and so true. Words are not the only form of communication...and often not the best. Spendid writing, as always.....

Too true, my friend. Words are only one very small part of communicating. Much love and hugs to you from me.

Oh yeah............I liked this one.  Too many words can spoil a mood and I love those QUIET intimate times where nothing need be said but a whole conversation takes place.  Wonderfully said my friend.
